Embodied Practice Immersion

The architecture of asana and energetics 

19-22 FEB 2026 | NUEVA LUNA, LAUSANNE

This four-day immersion led by Klara Puski assisted by Laure Cannesson is an invitation to deepen your relationship with the practice — not just as a physical discipline, but as a living system of transformation. We will journey through the architecture of āsana, the subtle intelligence of the energetic body, and the foundational tools that allow us to move with clarity, depth, and intention on — and beyond — the mat.

This teacher training will be deeply transformative as well as deeply nourishing. Over these 30 hours, we’ll build a strong container to explore both technical refinement and energetic awareness, so that movement becomes meditation and effort becomes aligned with purpose.

The training will be guided both in French and English.

What you can expect :

✦ Morning Modules :

• Strong, progressive āsana practices rooted in vinyasa and inspired by classical forms

• Daily energetic themes woven through the physical practice (e.g., grounding, centering, rising)

• Deep work with bandhas, prāṇa, and internal space

• Exploration of alignment as a dynamic, evolving experience — not a fixed shape

✦ Afternoon Sessions :

• In-depth breakdowns of key āsana families: backbends, forward folds, twists, arm balances, and inversions balancing 

• Integration of Sanskrit terminology, vinyāsa krama, and intelligent sequencing

• Practical application of the pañca-kośa system (the five sheaths) and nāḍī theory (energetic channels)

• Group work, partner assists, and prop exploration for sustainable depth and embodied learning

✦ A better sense of :

• Understanding the energetic body as the bridge between the physical and the mental/emotional layers

• Building core integration through Mūla Bandha and Uḍḍīyāna Bandha

• Refining transitions and developing rhythmic breath-based movement

• Cultivating sensitivity and stability as two sides of the same practice

• Moving from discipline to devotion: how to let practice shape the practitioner
